Mitre 10 Cup
Mitre 10 Cup comienza el jueves 16 de agosto con North Harbor enfrentando a Northland en el QBE Stadium en la semana 1. Con los campeones defensores, Canterbury midiéndose con Tasman, Auckland juega con los vecinos Counties Manukau, nuevos anfitriones de Wellington en la Premier League Otago.
La competencia se juega durante nueve semanas con cada equipo jugando un partido un miércoles por la noche en una ronda doble donde juegan dos veces esa semana.
Las semifinales se jugarán del 19 al 20 de octubre, con la final del campeonato de la Copa Mitre 10 que se jugará el viernes 26 de octubre y la final de la Premiership de la Copa Mitre 10 el sábado 27 de octubre.
