La Mitre 10 Cup 2020 será la cuadragésima quinta edición del principal torneo de rugby profesional de Nueva Zelanda. El campeón vigente es Tasman luego de vencer 31 a 14 a Wellington. Todos los detalles de esta competencia la cual contará con muchísimo All Blacks, te la contamos a continuación.
Sistema de disputa
Los equipos enfrentarán a los seis equipos restantes de su nivel -Premiership y Championship- disputando cuatro partidos inter-división, totalizando 10 encuentros más los cruces de semifinal y final.
Los cuatro equipos con mejor clasificación al final de la fase de grupos de la Premiership clasifican a semifinales buscando el título, mientras que el séptimo lugar desciende al Championship de la temporada siguiente.
Los cuatro mejores clasificados del Championship clasifican a semifinales buscando el ascenso a la Premiership de la temporada siguiente, el campeón asciende de manera automática a la división de honor.
