Tres de las variantes son en el pack, donde el segunda línea Richie Arnold ingresará por Nick Frost, y en la tercera línea se desempeñarán Jed Holloway y Fraser McReight, por Tom Hooper y el capitán Michael Hooper (se lesionó), respectivamente. Y entre los backs, Samu Kerevi sustituirá a Reece Hodge y Mark Nawaqanitawase ocupará el lugar del wing fijiano Suliasi Vunivalu. Entre los suplentes se ubicará el tercera línea novato Josh Kemeny (Melbourne Rebels).
